1. General

CHICXY is a retailer of Sterling Silver Jewelry and other precious metal Jewelry. We are selling all products online only. Customers can purchase via our website www.chicxy.com under the terms and conditions below.

2. Pricing

All prices set forth in this site are F.O.B. seller’s origin, based on silver spot rate and exchange rate so the prices for goods will be the prices in effect on the date of shipment. All prices are stated in United States Dollars and are exclusive of all taxes. Purchaser shall pay for all taxes at purchaser’s destination.

3. Term of Payments

All purchases require immediate payment. We accept payment via PayPal, Credit or Debit card. We use verified by visa for secure payment.

4. Cancellation or Modification of order 

.

Orders shall not be subject to cancellation or modification by purchasers if goods have been sent out from our warehouse.

5. Delivery

.

Orders will be sent international by standard courier, Thailand post, with registered mail services to the delivery address indicated when placing the order. Tracking numbers will be sent after shipment to customer email and shown on customer’s purchase history on our website. An expedite mail service and other couriers are also provided as alternatives. In order to optimize the delivery, it is advisable to provide an address to which the order may be delivered during working hours. Buyers shall be responsible to pay for all shipping and transportation costs.

6. Delivery Time

We will ship any order with a cleared transaction within 1-2 business days (Monday- Friday). Order will reach customer’s address in 15-30 business days. The delivery times indicated are average delivery times, provided for information only, and may vary according to the destination.

7. Risk of Loss

.

Risk of loss passes to Buyers upon delivery of the goods to the carrier at the location of CHICXY.

8. Limited Warranty and Goods Replacement

CHICXY warrants that the goods are free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of shipment. A buyer is solely responsible for determining the appropriateness of any goods purchased. If, after inspection of the goods by CHICXY, the goods are defective then we will repair or replace the defective good or refund an appropriate portion of the purchase price for the defective good.

CHICXY shall have no obligation to any defect in any of its goods unless it is notified within Forty-Five (45) days after the buyer has received a shipment of the goods stating the full particulars of the claim. If the goods have defected, CHICXY shall have the right to inspect the goods and buyers have to send the goods back to CHICXY address for inspection and the buyer must be responsible for all shipping costs.

9. Limitation of Warranty

CHICXY assumes no warranty liability to defects in any goods caused by:

(a) improper use of the goods.

(b) repairing.

(c) improper handling and/or storage of the goods including the storage of goods in conditions not normally.

CHICXY does not make any warranty liability for goods that are not the goods from CHICXY.

10. Return of goods

.

Buyers shall have the right to return the Goods to the CHICXY. Returns of goods are accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and are in a saleable condition, requiring no removal of defacing marks, labels or any other additional material which may have been attached to the Returned Goods or their packaging then we will refund your purchase within 14 days

11. Duties and Taxes.

Buyers shall be responsible for complying with any legislation or regulations governing the importation of the Goods into the country of destination and for the payment of any duties thereon.
